I had an appointment with Dr. Sachs about loss of mobility and occasional pain in my foot. They were not overly busy but he was incredibly short with me and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He ordered some X-rays and was slightly nicer after finding evidence of an old fracture. He and the staff assured me they would check about some insurance coverage for one of the options and get back to me shortly. The front desk person also assured me of this. Months later and I never heard anything back. I received a bill and tried to pay through their portal by following their instructions and their payment system front-end does not work in the least. The nurse who assisted with the X-rays was very friendly, which is why I'm not leaving one star.

Dr. Paden outright lied to me and told me that he was the "best foot surgeon in the state." I felt confident about him after he told me this and allowed him to perform foot surgery on me. He failed the foot surgery by leaving a crucial part of something he actually went in to take out and I ended up needing corrective surgery for his mistakes by a second surgeon. When I inquired if he was actually considered "the best foot surgeon in the state" by other surgeons I found out this to be nothing of the truth. When I confronted him about this, he then further lied and said he never said anything like this. This was a second major lie he committed with me. Three years later, I have permanent damage in the foot that can not be corrected now, and have two unnecessary surgeries, enormous pain over the years from it all, and now live with ongoing pain to the point of not even being able to walk at times and have to live with this for the rest of my life and I am only 47 years old. I am heartbroken after dealing with Dr. Paden and the extent of the lie he told me, and then further covering it up with another lie. More importantly, he "shut down" in listening to my symptoms immediatly following surgery and kept telling me "it was impossible for me to be feeling this pain that I am stating because he removed the nerve personally. That it was 'phantom pains' and kept insisting I was wrong." A second surgery shows proof of how wrong and negligent he actually was because they actually had to do corrective surgery to take out what he said was "impossible" for me to be experiencing which was the part of the nerve he accidentally left behind. My foot is worse today than ever, and three years of surgeries, lost time, and severe pain all because he failed from the beginning and let his "pride" get in the way versus listening to what his patient was communicating to him. He even went as far as stating that I should go see a "spine" doctor because of his ignorance in believing how he could have been wrong to begin with. When I told the second surgeon he suggested the spine doctor route, he stated that was ridiculous that he would suggest or make a claim like this versus just listening to the pain I was describing and handle appropriately. You outright lied to me Dr. Paden and never took responsibility for that. That is a terrible thing to do to people who put so much trust in your hands AND your words.

  • This place is AMAZING! I had a worker's comp injury and was limited to only two options for orthopedic doctors, but I am so thankful that this is who I got for recovery! Dr. Paden is knowledgable, easy-going, and really relaxes you as you meet with him. Savannah, one the medical assistants, is the sweetest, and the whole staff has made sure I'm comfortable and taken care of well. They've set up x-rays, MRI, surgery, recovery, etc. and I haven't had to worry about a thing. By the time I get into the building they already have me checked in and ready to go back to see Dr. Paden. Highly recommend them!
